Private by design — your voice is processed right here on your device. Everything that turns your speech into text, and reads documents back to you, happens on your device. Your voice never leaves your browser. This isn't a promise in a policy — it's enforced by code (our Content-Security-Policy).

What we keep

• Your account: email, display name, and a securely hashed password.
• Your plan: subscription status, credit balance, and invoices, reconciled with Stripe.
• Documents: stored on your device by default. If you turn on cloud save, documents are encrypted on your device before they're uploaded — we only ever hold ciphertext.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. Premium AI features send only the text you ask us to process, over a secure connection, and aren't used to train third-party models beyond fulfilling your request.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics, where used, are privacy-friendly and aggregate.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data anytime from Account → Danger zone, or email privacy@coconvo.com. We honour GDPR and CCPA requests.
