We want coconvo to feel worth it. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.
If you're not happy within 14 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your paid period — you won't be billed again.
Annual plans are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. Beyond that, we offer a pro-rated refund for the unused full months at our discretion.
One-time credit packs are refundable if unused. Once credits have been spent on AI features they can't be refunded.
Email hello@coconvo.com from your account email. Refunds return to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
